Biography:
Early in his life Talbot had out of pure curiosity tried one of the popular net games available at the time. Without thinking twice about it he signed up for the game at the time. It was your average Medieval MMORPG, but still yet it captivated and drew him towards this genre of games and gaming. Quickly he became completely immersed in games similar to the one he started out with. Without fail he would make a character and max it's level before moving on to a new game searching for a new experience. He had a habit of picking melee classes such as Warriors, Rouges, Knights, and Assassins. But among all of the melee classes he had played as in the past he found one in particular to be the most fun and interesting. The class and build that interested him was the warrior class which invested heavily in to the Berserker skill tree.

After playing as them all he came to the conclusion that what interested him the most was making a berserker character he began to make characters like that on all the games he played. In the many games he played he slowly met more and more people who he came to befriend in real life. As he befriended them in the game he slowly began to make a group which would go game to game with him forming guilds or clans just whatever there was to offer aiming the clear the game.

At the age of twelve not too long before his thirteenth birthday he and his group of friends which was now a group of fifteen or more people had all conquered all the games they had previously taken interest in. They had made it like a hobby to do so in the games, and around this time a new innovation in gaming was released. The system or rather device was called NerveGear, it allowed a person to dive in to an alternate reality and play the game almost as if your actual bodies were there.

Talbot quickly lost interest when he heard that it mainly had simple, boring games available and stopped keeping up with the news on it to return to the net games which had now become a large part of his life. But then, on a day when he and his friends had decided to take a break to relax like they normally did at least once a week he saw something that once again piqued his interest in NerveGear was announced just a few months after his thirteenth birthday had passed.

It was a game called Sword Art Online, it was a game much like the several net games he had played. Upon seeing this a desire sparked inside of him once again like the time when he had first started playing net games. He now made it his goal to try and get this game, no rather he would have done anything to do so. He wanted to experience first hand what it was like to be in the position that the characters he created were.

But unfortunately at the time of release he hadn't been able to get enough money to get the NerveGear required to play. At first he felt irritated and disappointed that he wasn't able to play the game which he had looked forward to. Much like his friends who were in similar situations, he envied those who were able to play the game.

Hours later, he had pushed the feelings about the game out and was back to his usual self when it was announced on the news that Sword Art Online had become a death trap. It trapped every single one of the ten thousand people who had signed up for it in a virtual world with no way to return and the condition of death in the game was real death. At first upon hearing the news he was shocked, but then he was hit with an odd conflicted feeling. He didn't know if he would consider himself lucky or unlucky. He had played net games for so long that he wasn't sure if he would actually hate being in a game like that. The thought of a death in game meaning actual death was scary, but it felt like a whole new world thinking about it like that. One where he could become more amazing than any character he had ever made before and at this point he genuinely wanted to be in the game known as Sword art Online.

Two years had passed since the death game had been released, over time he had started to push the thoughts of Sword Art Online out of his mind. But this didn't stop him from having bought a NerveGear device. But despite owning it he had never actually used it to full-dive in to any games. However he still continued playing net games with his group of friends, some of which he had lost over time but including him it was still a group of eight friends. They all constantly played new net games as they were released and occasionally met up with each other offline to hang out even though they were all attending different schools at the time.

Another year passed, and his group of friends which were still actively playing net games had dwindled to half of what it was before. Everyone was being drawn away from net games which wasn't surprising at the age of sixteen it was surprising he had yet to be drawn away himself. But that was when that title appeared again, while surfing the internet one day he came across an announcement stating that rights to the title Sword Art Online now belonged to another company and that they would be re-releasing the game for all to play again. Where he saw the announcement there were already several comments below putting the game down saying it was just a death trap which shouldn't exist. Other companies trying to produce new titles for NerveGear were also shocked by this announcement and most felt that it was just another disaster waiting to happen.

But to Talbot no matter what was said or done, this was his chance to play the game which he had dreamed about three years ago. After reading the announcement he called all of his friends and asked if they were going to get the game, but it seemed everyone he knew was fearful of the game which had taken so many lives before. They even urged him not to get involved with it. Despite his friends trying to stop him, he had already made up his mind and as soon as the game was released he went out and bought himself a copy and returned home to set up the his NerveGear to play the game that he had wished to play for such a long time.

Personality:
Talbot manages to have a simple and straight forward personality, almost like a child some would say. He is beyond stubborn, it is next to impossible to change his mind after it's made up. This part of his personality is what allows him to make decisions calmly without second guessing himself. His friends all follow him wholeheartedly because of his straight forward honesty. At the same time due to the very same personality that allows him to be honest and kind, he can also burn with rage and become crueler than anyone else to what ever it is that he feels deserved his wrath.

Appearance:
Talbot is a more or less physically fit teenager, he stands at about five feet and eleven inches tall. He weighs about two hundred pounds, but is mostly muscle so the way most people have described his physique is as him being built well so to speak. He has blonde medium length hair which goes down to the top of his vision and curls out keeping it out of his eyes. Speaking of which are a dark blue. He is usually seen to be in clothing that is colored white, gray, blue, and black with his whole outfit generally matching fairly well.
